With the sports development strategy, Steilpass has developed a master plan for the content and the necessary organizational structures for successful implementation for the city of Friedberg.

CHALLENGE:

The interaction between the city administration, club representatives, business, schools and representatives of non-organized sport requires a high degree of integral organizational structure in order to successfully implement the cross-sector projects.
